We are based at 148 Merthyr Road, New Farm, and work across New Farm and the surrounding Brisbane suburbs. Recent sales include Clayfield, Wooloowin, Fortitude Valley, Red Hill, Kangaroo Point, Indooroopilly and Wavell Heights.
What sales methods do you offer?
Three, depending on your timeline and your goals. Off-market is a discreet, no-fuss private transaction. Expressions of Interest (also called "Best Offers By") is a straightforward campaign with a set closing date. Auction suits properties that benefit from open competition on the day.
Do you manage rental properties?
Yes. Whether it’s a former home turned rental, a commercial holding or a large and diverse portfolio, our Property Management team handles tenant selection, maintenance and compliance, and regular reporting.
How do I arrange an inspection?
